The MTC administrative departments provide a fully residential service for students who join the college. Cadets are distributed over 3 battalions, commanding personnel do their best to facilitate  the cadet's daily activities.
 

 
The regular day of cadets is usually full of different activities, beginning form physical fitness exercises in the early morning, attending classes, and ending with free study period under supervision of the faculty members. Providing a relevant environment for the cadets is the essential job of the MTC administrative departments. In addition to the faculty members, a complete medical team is continuously available  for students medical care. More details are found in the Medical Care section.
 

Finishing the five academic years successfully, the MTC and the commandants of the Egyptian Armed Forces Celebrate the graduation of the new officers. More details are found in the Graduation section
