From a limited beginning in November of 1957, the Military Technical College has evolved into a comprehensive college of national and international prominence. As nation's unique technical military school, it is an institution that firmly embraces a history of putting knowledge to work.
Located at Al Khalifah Al Maamoun St., Cairo Egypt.
Schools for both under and post graduate studies.
24 bachelor's degree programs, making it the largest engineering college in the Country.
Master and doctoral degree programs cover 5 major engineering fields.

Instructions

MTC schools (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering,  Civil and  Architectural Engineering, and Basic Engineering Sciences ) offer more degree programs than any other college of engineering in the country with 32 departments. MTC is one of the nation's leaders in developing and using new instructional technologies.

Research

MTC consistently ranks among the top research facilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt. With more than 20 research groups, the college also consistently ranks among the top institutions in industry-supported research.

The college's faculty and students are involved in more than 30 research projects in fields ranging from biotechnology to materials, from the environmental  friendly power resources to satellite communications, and from transportation to information technology.
